A two-day culinary event organized by Biorussi Farm for the 2016 holiday season.
The stars of the two days will be pupurati, struffoli, calzoncelli and cartellate, strictly accompanied by almonds and plenty of fig vincotto.
We want to give everyone the opportunity to learn about this centuries-old Apulian tradition so that tables can be enriched with the wonderful, almost artistic creations that are Gargano sweets.
