Two days in the kitchen organized by Biorussi Farm for the 2017 holiday season.
The stars of the two days will be pupurati, struffoli, calzoncelli and cartellate, strictly accompanied by almonds and plenty of vincotto.
We want to give everyone the opportunity to learn about this centuries-old Apulian tradition so that tables can be enriched with the wonderful, almost artistic creations that are Gargano sweets.
Program December 9/21
-10 a.m.: 1st practical part of cake making
-1 p.m.: lunch
-3 p.m.: 2nd practical part of cake making
