The 11th edition of the event dedicated to handicrafts and food and wine, held annually in Carpino at Agriturismo Biorussi, this year will experiment with alternative formulas to divulge its authentic productions to guests on the Gargano.
It will leave August behind, then, to meet new health security needs, moving toward new times of the year that are more characteristic of rural production.
– We are convinced that from special moments such as the one we are experiencing we can draw new opportunities, – says Maria Giulia Russi, a young entrepreneur and organizer of the event – also to present a Gargano that is different and outside the tourist season but just as rich and intense with stories to tell.
The event will propose an unprecedented but authentic Gargano, offering visitors experiences closer to the work of the dozens of producers and artisans who are the real protagonists of the initiative each year. Here, then, from the first olive harvest to the Christmas season, Flavors of Art takes a step toward deseasonalization and experiential tourism.
