“Tastes of Art” is back again for 2022, this time in a Christmas guise!
This weekend, Saturday and Sunday, artisans’ markets will be available at Biorussi’s, amid moments dedicated to children, with music and cake workshops, for a Christmas among the Olive Trees.
Laurel, Mint, Lemon, Thyme, Myrtle and Chili. Six different formulations based on extra virgin olive oil. Six 100 ml bottles of organically grown seasonings. It is a package in which all the scents of the Gargano can be found. A Biorussi-branded production.

From Peschici, Vieste and Rodi Garganico, up to Vico del Gargano, a mountain village and home of quality olive oil. You reach the necropolis of Mount Pucci and then, after, the immense green lung of the Umbra Forest, where the foliage explodes among centuries-old beech trees.
The 11th edition of I Sapori dell’Arte festival was undoubtedly that of the novelties, with a totally renewed format, closer to the fields and nature, certainly experiential for the visitors, who lived an intense day with us, among food and wine, art and nature.

I Sapori dell’Arte festival reaches the eleventh edition and does so by meeting the new health safety requirements.
The 11th edition of the festival dedicated to craftsmanship, food and wine, held every year in Carpino, at the Biorussi farmhouse, will experiment this year with alternative formulas to disclose its authentic productions to guests visiting the Gargano.
The Biorussi farm awarded in the competition “Forme dell’Olio 2020” of OlioOfficina.
Biorussi obtains another important recognition, the silver medal of the Biol Award for the Macchia Rotonda organic extra virgin olive oil.
